The C&H App allows you to easily control your PTAC unit from anywhere, and it comes with an exclusive remote controller for precise temperature adjustments. Optional accessories can be purchased separately to enhance your PTAC unit.

The Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater (SKU: CH-PTW-12HPGF) has a cooling capacity of 12,000/11,800 BTU/h and a heating capacity of 10,800/10,500 BTU/h + 3.5 kW 10,900/8,900 BTU/h Electric Heater, making it perfect for residential, commercial, or hotel use. This system is designed for 230/208V, 1Ph, 60Hz, and comes charged with R-32 refrigerant, complete with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker. For new installations, a wall sleeve and exterior grille are necessary but not included in the listing and must be bought separately. The Heating and Cooling PTHP Unit can be operated using the standard digital push-button control panel with LED display, the included remote controller, or a compatible wireless smartphone device.
